By the 2010s, Mari's father inflicted harm onto her over any small infraction. One night, when Risa noticed Mari outside in the cold, Mari's father answered the door and met his niece. He made an excuse that she was in the shower but his niece barged through the door and sought to save Mari.[1]
Angered, Mari's father demanded Lisa to leave but she offered Mari to stay with her for the night. In response, he grabbed Risa's shirt and dragged her over the railing outside.
