Alexander The Great, born Alexander III of Macedon, was King of Macedonia and one of the most successful conquerors in history, conquering most of the known land at the time.
In the Assassin's Creed Universe, he was in possession of the Piece of Eden known as The Sword, and possibly in possesion of the staff as well. He was slain by the female Babylonian Assassin Iltani, who used Poison.
