Adam was a hybrid member of the human race created by the First Civilization. He was a distant ancestor of Clay Kaczmarek[1] and Desmond Miles.[2]

Adam and another human named Eve, both able to resist the effects of Pieces of Eden, rebelled against their creators. They stole one of the First Civilization's "Apples of Eden" and attempted to escape Eden, before being stopped by an unknown force.[1]
