The Brigandine Gauntlets were a pair of gauntlets used in England during the 9th century.
During her travels, the Viking shieldmaiden Eivor Varinsdottir of the Raven Clan acquired these gauntlets from a chest in Beamasfield, Cent. She would also acquire the other pieces belonging to the same set of armor.[1]
