The Dionysias Wharf served as the docks of Dionysias in Faiyum, Egypt during the 1st century BCE.
By 48 BCE, the wharf had been taken over by Greek forces. The Medjay Bayek of Siwa later visited the place, defeated the soldiers, claimed their valuables, freed the Egyptian rebels imprisoned therein,[1] and found a letter written by troops' captain Aetes describing their duties.[2]
