The Sand Sword was a scimitar with light blue detailing. When an Animus-user relived Basim ibn Ishaq's memories as a Hidden One, they applied an Animus mod to add the weapon and a matching dagger into his inventory.[1]

Behind the scenes[edit | edit source]
The weapon's glowing blue blade is based off the appearance of the activated Dagger of Time from Ubisoft's 2003 game Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time.
