Blume Corporation is a Chicago-based[1] business conglomerate responsible for the development of the city-wide monitoring system CTOS.[2] In late 2013, Blume sent a corporate sales email to Abstergo Entertainment's CCO Olivier Garneau advertising CTOS and offering the possibility of having a localized system installed at Abstergo Entertainment's Montreal facility.[2]

Behind the scenes[edit | edit source]

The Blume Corporation and CTOS form the basis of the Ubisoft IP Watch_Dogs, which was released on 27 May 2014. Both Watch_Dogs and the Assassin's Creed series have had numerous non-canon references to each other in their respective media.
