The Weapon Storage

The Weapon Storage was a garrison located by the Temple of Hephaistos in Athens, Greece.

During the Peloponnesian War, the weapon storage was visited by the Spartan misthios Kassandra, who burned the supplies and claimed the valuables within.[1]

Following Kleon's rise to power in Athens, he appointed his right-hand man and fellow member of the Delian League branch of the Cult of Kosmos, Rhexenor, as the Commander of the Weapon Storage. Following his attempt to prevent the playwright Aristophanes' play from happening, Kassandra hunted down Rhexenor and killed him at the garrison.[2]
