Assassin's Creed: Initiates was a community-oriented project founded by Ubisoft on 1 September 2012. It is currently in an open beta stage.

Initiates included a website, which was updated daily with news related to the Assassin's Creed series, forums for discussion, and a link to Ubiworkshop's store. Most notably, it also tracked the acquisition of Desmond Miles by Abstergo Industries' Lineage Discovery and Acquisition department.

Trivia

  • In the security camera footage, Desmond was shown with a courier bag and his outfit from Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood, despite the events taking place around the time of Assassin's Creed.
  • According to the reports, Desmond did not argue with Warren Vidic after regaining consciousness, as he did in Assassin's Creed.
