Scevola Spina was a knight in Constantinople during the early 16th century, who was inspired by Verulo Gallo, an Italian knight. He loyally obeyed the Templars without question, eliminating any targets that they sent him after. His weapon was a titanic greatsword.

In 2012, his genetic memories were used by the Templar company, Abstergo Industries, in the training of their animus recruits, under the title, the Knight.
