The Phoinikeos Customs Warehouse was a warehouse in Skandeia Bay on Kythera Island, Greece. Part of Skandeia Harbor, it was used by local customs officers to check incoming and outgoing goods. It was guarded by a medium-sized military force.

During the Peloponnesian War the Spartan misthios Kassandra explored the place when she was tasked by Diona to talk with Glaukos and rescue three prisoners.[1]
