Perseus' Sword of Eden was a Sword of Eden used by Perseus to slay Medusa[1], an individual transformed into the Writhing Dread by an Atlantis artifact later named after her, the Prize of the Medusa.[2]
Over the years multiple weapons would be purported to be the one used by Perseus. A sickle called Hermes' Scythe was on display in the Temple of Dionysos Kolonatas in Sparta during the 5th century BCE alongside other relics alleged to be his. During that same time period a sword claimed by the Spartan misthios Kassandra after defeating Ligeia, an incarnation of the Writhing Dread, was a possible contender. And in the 1st century BCE, the medjay and Hidden Ones founder Bayek came into possession of an actual harpe also claiming to have been used by Perseus.[3]
