Mehmet's Dagger was the best dagger in terms of statistics in Assassin's Creed: Revelations, and was found by the Assassin Ezio Auditore da Firenze in the 16th century, when returning to Sofia Sartor's book shop after the events in Cappadocia. WARNING, MAJOR PLOT SPOILER: Upon discovering Yusuf Tazim's corpse, Ezio removed the dagger and a note attached to it from the Assassin leader's back.
However, the dagger could only be physically obtained by completing the memory "The Trickster, Part 1."

Trivia
- When striking a guard during combat, the dagger had a small chance of poisoning the enemy.
- This dagger was featured in some images of Ezio, such as the one on the cover for the novelization of Revelations.
- It is also shown being wielded by Mirela Djuric and Lysistrata in their database images.
