Mehmet's Dagger was the best dagger in terms of statistics in Assassin's Creed: Revelations, and was found by the Assassin Ezio Auditore in the Ottoman Renaissance, when returning to Sofia Sartor's book shop after the events in Cappadocia. Upon discovering Yusuf Tazim's corpse, Ezio removed the dagger and a note attached to it from the Assassin leader's back.
The dagger could only be obtained by completing the memory "The Trickster, Part 1."

Trivia
- When striking a guard during combat, the dagger had a small chance of poisoning the enemy.
- This dagger was featured in some images of Ezio, such as the one on the cover for the novelization of Revelations.
