Laetitia England was a high-ranking executive in the Operations department of Abstergo Industries as of 2012. Her office was a secret room first decorated in 1937 during the company's founding.

After Warren Vidic's training of Abstergo recruits via the Animus, Laetitia welcomed the recruit which showed the most promise into her office, and revealed her intention for them to be on the front line against their efforts to eliminate the remnants of the Assassin Order. On her orders, her fellow high-ranking Templar, Daniel Cross, then injected a microchip into the recruit, and Laetitia informed them that from that point on, Abstergo would monitor their every move.
