Once, mistaking Edward Kenway for a debt collector, Young caused a brawl and fled a tavern, though was eventually caught by the Assassin and revealed it had been his friend Hendrik who had discovered the city. The pair were attacked by a group of ninjas,[1] who sought to capture Young, but were quickly defeated by Kenway. Young then took Kenway to the Dutch East India Company's dormitory, where Hendrik lived, and watched as the Assassin climbed up to his friend's room.[2]
