Jonathan "John" Pitcairn (1722 – 1775) was a member of the Templar Order and a British marine stationed in Boston, Massachusetts for a time before the official start of the American Revolutionary War.
During the Battle of Bunker Hill, the Assassin Ratonhnhaké:ton assassinated him within his command point atop Moultan's Point.
Biography
Templar Beginnings
John Pitcairn was officially assigned to the Templar Order in 1754 by the Grandmaster, Haytham Kenway. Haytham recruited him off a former Templar, General Braddock, who was later killed by Haytham himself.
