Ordered?[edit source]

was connor actually ordered, from the footage we see them talking and parts of the assassination, but do we know that he was ordered by putnam, couldnt he have just been getting information or informing putnam of his intentions against the templar. Aegritudo (talk) 01:00, July 30, 2012 (UTC)

If you follow the source link, you'll see that the info comes from an article written by someone who went to PAX East and actually saw the demo. The only thing we saw were a couple of images and some short clips of the demo. Stormbeast The Helpful Place 01:48, July 30, 2012 (UTC)
nice, how come this demo hasnt been released as the others have? ('cept parts in gameplay trailers) Aegritudo (talk) 04:15, July 30, 2012 (UTC)
Sign your posts Aegritudo..The demo shown in PAX East was exclusively for that show only and so it was never intended to be released later. Only a few images were leaked I think.--OdranoellutaTalk<choose><option>http://images1.wikia.nocookie.net/marvel-cinematic-universe/images/1/18/Sig.png</option></choose> 04:05, July 30, 2012 (UTC)

bit of a bummer for those who could never go, just have to wait till release tho i guess. (about the signing, thats what lack of sleep does, fixed now). Aegritudo (talk) 04:15, July 30, 2012 (UTC)

I don't think he was ordered, and I have played the game. In fact, Connor had to ask how to flush Pitcairn out, and then ignored Putnam saying trying to go out there was suicide. This was Connor's idea, I will write a formal bio in a second too. EmeraldCorruption (talk) 19:13, November 4, 2012 (UTC)

TheSolidAssassin(formally Assassin31) I'm gonna replay sequence 7 on ACIII so that I can finish filling in all the information on and the Work for the Templars section sometime this week. Also thanks to whoever added the links and improved some of the sentences.

Factual correction[edit source]

Never in history nor the game is John Pitcairn referred to as "Jonathan Pitcairn" as the title and page states. I am going to change all instances of Jonathan Pitcairn to John Pitcairn.Martin Christopher Adamian (talk) 04:49, February 28, 2013 (UTC)

Sorry to disappoint you, but Haytham refers to him as Jonathan in Infiltrating Southgate. Stormbeast The Helpful Place 05:12, February 28, 2013 (UTC)
Yes but shouldn't we at least state that it is a historical innaccuracy? It could just be an error on the developers' part. Also I'm fairly sure that the animus database refers to him as John Pitcairn, not Jonathan "John" Pitcairn.--Martin Christopher Adamian (talk) 01:28, March 1, 2013 (UTC)
The guy's right. This could be stated as a historical inaccuracy, as there is no real source mentioning him as a Jonathan. '

EDIT: Although the Wikipedia page for the name John states that John is often misunderstood to be short for Jonathan. Ubi could simply have been playing off the idea, or they could have misunderstood the name too. -- IlMualim Wanna Chat? 05:05, March 2, 2013 (UTC)

Just my two cents: Haytham calling John 'Jonathan' does not mean his name is Jonathan. I could call any of you guys Banana, but surely that's not your real name. (I hope.) -- Master Sima Yi Talk 09:19, March 2, 2013 (UTC)
Agreed. ^^ It's Haytham's/Ubi's mistake. -- IlMualim Wanna Chat? 20:58, March 2, 2013 (UTC)
I'll butt in on this way too late, but have a look at the list from A Deadly Performance. --Kainzorus Prime Walkie-talkie 01:54, July 20, 2013 (UTC)
Then I will go ahead and change it again.--Martin Christopher Adamian (talk) 05:11, March 3, 2013 (UTC)

You should also change on every ally of Haytham's about the Assassin Insignia above their heads when saving Ziio and her tribesmen. We didn't know Haytham, or his ally's, were Templar's so of corse it'd say they were Assassin's! The game doesn't want you to know until the very moment. Thats been bugging me for a while....(Harlan1500 (talk) 05:34, May 4, 2013 (UTC))

Armherst[edit source]

If Armherst stationed him at Copp's hill battery, does that mean that he(Armherst) was affiliated with the Templars? unsigned comment by Bovkaffe (talk · contr)

No, it doesn't. The Templars could influenced Amherst (the correct spelling) into making that decision. It doesn't mean that he had to be aware of the Templars. And sign your posts. --Crimson Knight Intercom 17:54, April 19, 2014 (UTC)
