The Inner Sanctum of the Templar Order was a group formed by the best and brightest members of the Templar Order. All of their members had full awareness of all Templar plans.
By 2012, the Inner Sanctum consisted of:

- Daniel Cross, Operations, Abstergo
- Isabelle Ardant, Operations, Historical Research
- Otto Schmidt, Operations, Lineage Research and Acquisition
- A newly promoted Abstergo recruit
