Gunnar was a Norse farmer who lived in Ravensthorpe with his son Niels.
Biography
Some time after the Raven Clan had established their settlement,[1] Gunnar told Niels to tend to their animals and clean their home while he went out drinking. Instead, Niels left to hunt in the forests and was still away when Gunnar returned to an empty home. When Niels returned, Gunnar raged at him for not seeing to his chores and punched his child in the face, entirely unaware of the young boy standing beside his son. At that moment, Eivor Varinsdottir, Hytham, and the clan's jarl Sigurd Styrbjornsson arrived at the scene, searching for a young man named Edward.[2]
