The Boarmaster speaking to Eivor

The Boarmaster was a Norse warrior in England during the 9th century.

Biography[edit | edit source]

The man nicknamed the Boarmaster lived at a camp northwest of Old Gravesham Bridge in Essexe. Together with his trusty wild boar named Lady Trotters, he roamed the countryside in search of treasures. Unlike other pigs and wild boars, Lady Trotters wasn't good at finding truffles, but was very good at finding coins and other buried items. Whilst traveling through the area, the Viking shieldmaiden Eivor Varinsdottir of the Raven Clan encountered this Boarmaster. After a brief conversation, she was tasked with protecting Lady Trotters whilst on her search for treasure. After scavaging the surrounding area and killing some bandits, Eivor returned to the Boarmaster with the spoils.[1]
