Qinghe Commandery (清河郡) was a historical commandery of China located in present-day southern Hebei and western Shandong.[1] The Chinese Hidden One Li E was born in the commandery in 730. When he retired from his career as a general, Pei Min settled in Qinghe to establish Mojia Village, a Mohist community based on the values of equality and mutual assistance.[2]
