Achilles was a Master Assassin during the French and Indian War and the American Revolutionary War. During these events, he recruited Ratonhnhaké:ton into the Assassin Order and mentored him providing him with advice and cautioning the younger Assassin whenever his ambition led him astray. By 1773, Achilles resided at the Homestead.
