The Attika Bow

The Attika Bow was a 5th century BCE bow originating from Attika, a region of Greece. Especially suited to hunting, the bow was valued by the Attikan hunters.

During the Peloponnesian War, the Spartan misthios Kassandra received the bow as a reward after helping the Athenian sculptor Phidias escape the polis to the island of Seriphos.[1]

Behind the scenes[edit | edit source]

The Attika Bow, a weapon in Assassin's Creed: Odyssey, shares the same model as the commonly found Ornate Bow, another weapon in the same game. These are both the recycled model of the Wings of Ashur, a weapon in Assassin's Creed: Origins.
