Yeardley Farm

Yeardley Farm was an Anglo-Saxon farm build along the River Exe in the southwestern part of the region, just south of the Western Fortification and northeast of Twynam Farm. It consisted of two buildings with a large number of crop fields surrounding it.

In the 9th century, it was raided multiple times by the Vikings Eivor Varinsdottir of the Raven Clan, Vagn, and her longship crew.[1]
