Toka Sinricsdottir was a Viking shieldmaiden who lived in West Francia during the late 9th century. She was the daughter of jarl Sinric and the niece of Sigfred of the Elgring Clan.

Following her father's death at the hands of the Franks under King Charles the Fat, she was forced to seek help from jarlskona Eivor Varinsdottir of the Raven Clan in England. She struck a deal with Eivor, after stating that Charles the Fat's forces would soon set their sights on England once their campaign against the Viking settlers in West Francia was over.

Following the siege of Paris, the clan's leadership passed from Sigfred to Toka, who became jarlskona. Under her, the Vikings reached an agreement with the Franks under Count Odo and were allowed to remain in Francia without hostility.
