In the 870s, Arne and his flock were being trained by their owner to fly, albeit against their nature. Unfortunately, Arne was the only turkey left alive after the owner's intensive training. In his latest training session, Arne flew down a cliff but could not fly back up to his owner. Walking by Arne, the Viking Eivor Varinsdottir noticed a woman crying as she told her current predicament to Eivor.
