Ramondo was a citizen of San Gimignano, a town in the countryside of Tuscany, during the 16th century. At some point, he encountered Ezio Auditore da Firenze, whom Ramondo asked to deliver a letter to an associate at the town's chapel, seeking to stop a wedding.^[1]
