Miyataki

Miyataki was a village south of Utano in Yamato, Japan.

History[edit | edit source]

In 1582, the Kakushiba ikki members Fujibayashi Naoe and Yasuke visited the village after finding a letter from Tsutsui Junkei's merchant advisor's personal effects about a blacksmith working with him to supply his fellow conspirators to instill chaos between Junkei and Akiyama Ayako. There, they caught sight of the blacksmith ordering his men to finish their orders. Confronting him, they ultimately killed him and received a letter to another conspirator within the Akiyama clan and Encouragement, an amulet, from his personal effects.[1]
