Malin Head is a small peninsula in northern Ulster, Ireland.

History[edit | edit source]

Aiding Dublin's merchant Azar in establishing trade posts across Ireland, the Viking jarlskona Eivor Varinsdottir ventured towards a bandit camp west of Malin Head and recovered the deed for the trade post ringfort Dysert.[1] On the southern part of the peninsula, Eivor also constructed her own cairn display there.[2]
