Kong Kong'er (空空兒) was a young girl who lived in Mojia Village, which was nestled within the Taihang Mountains of Hebei, and served as a disciple of the former Tang general Pei Min alongside Jing Jing. She had a big appetite and loved to talk about food. In 754, Kong Kong and Jing Jing met the former Tang soldier Li E, who was welcomed by their master into the village. The children befriended and grew close to the Hidden One, often accompanying him to the mountains to mine for minerals.[1]
