Johann Gottlieb Rall (c. 1726 – 26 December 1776) was a German colonel in command of Hessian troops serving the British Army during the American Revolutionary War,^[1] and a member of the Templar Order. He was assassinated by an apprentice of the Assassin Connor during the Battle of Trenton.^[2]
