Jack's lieutenants was a collective term for the leaders of different gangs of London in 1888, working under Jack the Ripper. In November 1888, Arthur Weaversbrook asked the Assassin Evie Frye to deal with groups of them in the Whitechapel[1] and City of London[2] boroughs. Evie did so, and through her actions gradually broke Jack's control over the city.
