Huyan Xiong was a Xiongnu of the Mu Us Tribe that lived during the 3rd century BCE.
In 215 BCE, Huyan Xiong and his tribe set up a number of yurts in the Mu Us Desert north of the Great Wall of China during the wars against the Qin Empire. When one of the herdsman came seeking for his aid, claiming to be threatened by a passing youxia from the Qin Empire, Huyan stood up to his defense and fought the intruder. After the youxia defeated him, the rest of Huyan's tribesmen came to aid him and surround the individual. However, the fight was stopped by the arrival of Prince Modu, who called for Huan and the tribe to immediately stand down.[1]
