Harvey Hughes was a virtual representation of one of Jacob Frye and Evie Frye's genetic memories, relived by a Helix initiate through the Helix Navigator.

Jacob or Evie were tasked with bringing in the Blighter Harvey Hughes.
Dialogue[edit | edit source]
- Hughes: Don't let those crooks get the better of you. My rates are right fair.
Did the Bank refuse you a loan? I'll take good care of you.
I'm working class, same as you. I know the bank demands high interest rates. That's why I became a money lender! - Blighter: Harvey, we got 'im!
- Man: I promise, I'll pay. Please, let me go!
Jacob or Evie kidnapped Hughes.
- Hughes: Oi!
Get your hands off me!
Who are you? You ain't some bobby, right? - Jacob: Quiet, you.
- Hughes: I was just working, mate.
- Jacob: Is that so?
- Hughes: There's nothing illegal about what I'm doing. I've got the right to lend money!
- Jacob: And rob people with interest?
Evie's interaction would be slightly different.
- Hughes: Oi!

Who are you? You ain't some bobby, right? - Evie: Hush now, no need for a fuss.
I said quiet. - Hughes: There's nothing illegal about what I'm doing!
- Evie: Why are you wanted by every bobby division in the city?
- Hughes: It's their own fault for using my services unwisely.
- Evie: Your "services" have landed more people in the poorhouse than not!
If Hughes shook free, he would react as follows.
- Hughes: Leave me alone!
Help! Someone!

Get 'er off me!
Jacob or Evie apprehended Hughes once more.
- Hughes: Hey, you need money? I can help you out!
- Jacob: Settle down.
Evie's interaction would be slightly different.
- Hughes: Not you again!
- Evie: Now now, Mister Hughes. It's not the time to play hide-and-seek.
Jacob or Evie forced Hughes into a carriage.
- Hughes: Someone! Anyone! Help!
Jacob or Evie delivered Hughes to Sergeant Frederick Abberline.
- Abberline: What good will he do me dead?
