Eysa (Runic: ᛅᚢᛋᛅ) was an Isu who later was remembered in Norse mythology as a the daughter of Surtr and the princess of Múspellsheimr.[4]

Mythology[edit | edit source]

Eysa is only briefly mentioned in Norse lore as the daughter of Glöð, who in myth was the consort to Logi rather than Surtr's bastard son.[5]

Biography[edit | edit source]

In the prelude to the Great Catastrophe, Odin's son Baldr sought to win Eysa's hand in hopes their marriage could bring peace to the turbulent Nine Realms.[4]

Behind the scenes[edit | edit source]

Eysa is a mythical figure introduced in Assassin's Creed: Valhalla's 2022 downloadable expansion Dawn of Ragnarök, where she is voiced by the Canadian actor Amber Goldfarb.
