Yu was born in China and immigrated to Canada with her parents when she was twelve years old. When she was young her parents started sending her to many art classes to study Chinese watercolor, calligraphy, oil painting, etc., and these styles can be seen as a major influence in her art today.

Donglu Yu

Donglu Yu is a concept artist working at Ubisoft Montreal, and is best known for her work on the Assassin's Creed series, among which are Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood, Assassin's Creed: Project LegacyAssassin's Creed III and Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag.
