Masamune's Thorn was a tantō that Fujibayashi Naoe obtained in 1582. That year, Naoe and fellow Kakushiba ikki member Yasuke infiltrated Nochiseyama Castle in Wakasa and retrieved the short blade from a treasure chest.[1]
