Ubisoft says there not going to make WW2, Ancient Egypt, or Feudal Japan. They classify as this to be boring, which in my opinion is not. But I would way rather have Ancient China like the photos you can see below. The art imagines show Assassin's Creed is set in ancient China. The images were made by ChaoyuanXu, a DeviantArt member.
