Historical figures[edit source]

Hey Samantha,

I'm gonna have to ask you to stop creating articles for historical figures that haven't appeared in Assassin's Creed. All our articles are based on information that comes from AC media only. Until these people appear in a comic, game or what have you, please don't create articles for them, cause I'll just have to delete them. Crook The Constantine District 16:44, October 24, 2017 (UTC)

Categories[edit source]

Hello Samantha,
I notice that you've regularly added the categories of Assassin or Templar allies/puppets to many historical figures. However, a quick read of any of the pages you've edited would show that those categories are inapplicable because they are not confirmed as such in past or current AC media. I'd like to ask you to please stop doing this for two reasons. First, it can be easily seen as adding categories for badge-hunting, which is a bannable offense as per our policies, but more importantly, it results in a mess for other editors to clean and sort real allies or puppets from spammed ones. Thank you. – Darman (talk) 02:10, 23 January 2021 (UTC)

Samantha, I have been informed that you have a regular habit of adding characters to the categories of "Assassin allies" or "Templar allies" without proper basis in the lore. A couple editors have already expressed concern about the disruptiveness of this and at least one has interpreted it as spam. I don't think that spamming is your intent. Rather, I suppose that maybe you aren't familiar with the exact affiliations of some of these historical figures in regards to the Assassins and Templars and making your own conjectures. The categories have to be strict. We only add a character as an Assassin ally or Templar ally if that relation has been confirmed regardless of what we think about them.
