Testikles[edit source]

Hello Ruff, and welcome to the wiki. :) Your first edit to the article Testikles is much appreciated, especially since not many users start off with a more extensive edit such as writing an entire article.

There were a few important mistakes though which is in the tense that you used. The main body of articles should always be written in the historical past tense unless the subject still exists in the present-day timeline of the Assassin's Creed universe. This is because we follow by policy where we pretend that we are writing from inside the universe itself and documenting the events as though everything is real history. This is called in-universe writing. The exception to this are articles which fundamentally deal with subjects of the series in an out-of-universe (i.e. real-life) such as articles on games such as Assassin's Creed: Odyssey and the characters' voice actors. For future reference, please keep this in mind. For more information, please refer to the Manual of Style.

There were also quite a lot of grammar errors, but I do like the fact that you tried your best to write in a formal, encyclopedic style, and I recognize English might not be your first language, so don't be too worried. They were easily correctable, and writing is a learning process!

All in all, it was a good contribution to this wiki as it added legitimate content where the mistakes were revisable.

Cheers! Sol Pacificus(Cyfiero) 16:21, October 18, 2018 (UTC)
