Raccoon[edit source]

Hey Ralph, I just wanted to explain to you the fixes I made to the Raccoon articles. I noticed that you created the article Raccoon (animal) because the article Raccoon had already been created and was redirected to the database entry. The Raccoon article should not have been directed to the database entry, so I have fixed it accordingly. Although my aim was to move the content from your article to the correct one, the information you provided in your article could not be sourced to Assassin's Creed, being taken directly from Wikipedia. While the information is factually correct, we shouldn't be relying on external sources so much. I'm not sure how much external information we should allow, but for the timebeing, I have included none. Sol Pacificus(Cyfiero) 00:07, September 10, 2017 (UTC)

Ralph answer: Ok, I liked your changes .I was even thinking of modifying it until I got a final version similar to the one you did in the article.

Middle names in French[edit source]

Hey Ralph, I noticed that you re-added information to the Trivia section of Arno Dorian's article stating that Victor is not a middle name because such a concept does not exist in French naming conventions where both Arno and Victor are prénoms. I understand the point you're trying to make, but I think that this is simply a matter of semantics. As far as I know, there is nothing particular about the English concept of a middle name other than it being a second given name situated in between the first given name and the surname. In this regard, I don't see how it differs from a French prénom situated in between the first prénom and the nom de famille. I think a middle name is just what the English would call such a second prénom all the same. Sol Pacificus(Cyfiero) 19:54, July 31, 2018 (UTC)
