Nothing's confirmed yet. Anyway, I really like his hood and the jacket, but the weapons would make combat terrible. A small tomahawk? No hidden blade? And this huge bow? Just no. Also, that American flag... AC was never nationalist. Assassins never were. In fact, most natives supported the British in order to get rid of the settlers. So why would there be a native fighting for his oppressors? Why would Ubisoft suddenly go all patriotic? To attract American costumers? I just can't imagine it. If this is true however, I hope that not all American historical characters are as heroic as they are portrayed by Americans today.
