Source is Kotaku, but it's still a rumour so we shouldn't get our hopes up.
In regards to the picture, I don't like the shirt at the neck, and even though the bow looks Native American, it still fazes me a little with the feathers. I would like it if it replaced the Crossbow and fired further than it does (Bows have longer aim than Crossbows), so it's not necessarily a Throwing Knives/Gun hybrid.
