72. Like the crazy Brit said in Brotherhood, they're the 72 names of god. Rodrigo Borgia died at ages 72. Brotherhood ends with 72 days left till the "Satelite launching" and the day the world won't end. It opens the vault in Rome and it has a lot to do with religion and science like someone below me said. Also Xangr8, stop with the random number codes as they are both annoying and hard to understand. I did something like that with the Cyrillic keyboard and Russian languages on another wikia and got banned. Just warning you.
