I think it is just Rome for the single player, but you can send other assassins on missions to different location. So I'm not sure what that includes. Would you actually play with these assassins you send and see other locations, if so than these would be like really small locations I think. They wouldn't be like big locations such as in ACI or ACII. Cause they already said Rome would be much bigger than Venice, so the makers of the game will certainly focus to re-create it as accurately as possible.
