Another two events I forgot to include are the hyper-inflation of 1918-1923, and the Wall St Crash. These would be very interesting periods for free-roaming. For example a weapon after one memory would cost much more than the same weapon after a previous memory, but you would also recieve more money for completing missions (due to the inflation). The change of currencies in 1923 would be interesting as well.
