OK, finished, this is a perm fix to the problem, ill have an admin update the little picture above, but this is the link, you wont always have to click this link, you will be able to cick the picture like you have been, as soon as a ADMIN changes it.

double click that link, this WILL NOT have problems, it is java based, so you have to have java on your computer, but almost everyone does nowadays. it's NOTHING harmful, and it's very dependable. enjoy.
