I know that the studios involved in the series have been under a short time period, and they did a fine job at getting stuff done in that time. That said, one of my main frustrations with Revelations was just that: The Revelation.

In my opinion, what Jupiter told Desmond was something that we as players knew practically from AC2. What's the point of creating a 'big revelation' on something we already knew? The bigger question that I as a player wanted answered was why the hell did J make D kill L?

I know that that question was answered in The Lost Archive, but as a general rule of thumb, any story that requires DLC to finish was probably a bad idea (Look at ME3). THAT revelation should have been what was revealed at the end of the game.
