For AC3 Corey May did an interview with Loomer and he mentioned that if the technology was there they would like to do this and what Slate pointed out about creating your own character. Slate also makes good points about potential pitfalls but I would also be concerned that such a radical change in style would be detrimental because we could lose what made the series so awesome. Would it become a hybrid MMO risking it becoming generic. I guess we will have to wait and see just how well it all works with WatchDogs but I think that Ubi have big plans on the way with the creation of a Ubiverse linking various games together so the opportunity is there in the future for AC (as long as it works well with WatchDogs).
